Born in Chad in 1978 to a diplomat father and a nurse mother, Dono grew up in China where he discovered a whole range of different music in contact with other children of diplomats. Back in Chad in 1995, he founded with friends the group H'sao, he will be the drummer and singer. 

 

In 2001, he was selected with his group to represent Chad at the Fracophonie games in Ottawa. They will win the 3rd prize and will settle in Montreal. A series of concerts followed across Canada. the US and Europe. Since then the group has not stopped touring.

In 2008, the artist founded and managed the record company Production Ndjam Inc. 4 Albums were recorded under their own label, before producing 2 other artists, Elété and Vox Sambou.

Today the author, composer, performer, is embarking on a completely different universe. DONO was already writing and composing songs for H'sao. For this new project, the artist makes a change of style, mixing Hip Hop music, Pop music and his Afro roots.
